About Feline Care

At Feline Care we focus on cats who are less likely to find homes due to their age, temperament or health. This can mean they spend longer in our care whilst they wait for a new home. We are also a sanctuary for cats to live out their days with us.

Role Overview

As a Store Collections Volunteer, you will be central in raising funds on the ground with our fantastic and committed team. Your role will be crucial in generating funds that directly support the care and wellbeing of our cats. Due to the nature of this role you must be at least 18 years old.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with the public at pre-arranged locations around Norfolk and Suffolk.
• Motivate and facilitate supporters to maximise funds raised and items donated.
• Inspire new supporters to raise money.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing supporters.
• Represent Feline Care in a positive manner.

Requirements

• Ability to travel to sites around Norfolk and Suffolk, preferably using own transport.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Confident, friendly and happy demeanor
• Willingness to listen to supporter’s stories.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for cats and improving the lives of our feline friends.
• Experience with in store collections for a charity is desirable but not necessary.
• At least 18 years old.
